The purpose of the information provided below is to briefly introduce you to the children for whom our agency is recruiting an adoptive placement.
Jonathan is an active teen who likes to stay busy. Jonathan learned to swim this past summer and spent a majority of the summer in the pool or at the lake. Jonathan loves Mexican food, chicken fingers, and he has stated his “favorite food is a hamburger.”
Jonathan is enrolled in public school and placed in a smaller classroom. Jonathan has an IEP designed to address his special needs due to his autism and mild mental retardation diagnosis. When asked what Jonathan wants to be when he gets older he stated a police officer.
We are looking for a family who understands Jonathan’s needs and can help make him a responsible young male.
Jonathan is legally free and placed in the care of the Children’s Division.
